- To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer you a rich gourmet breakfast on request. We charge € 16.90 per person for this. Breakfast is served in your apartment.
- Oven-fresh breakfast rolls are available on request every morning from 7.00 am.
Check-in
Please plan for the apartments to be ready for occupancy from 15:00. If there is no departure on this day, the apartments can also be occupied earlier after consultation.
Check-out
Please vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
House rules
- Non-smoking house: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house (indoors).
- Pets are not allowed.
PRICE INFORMATION
The prices quoted are per day for two people. Not included in the price is the local tax of € 2.50 which is charged separately per day and person (from 14 years).
Discounts & surcharges
- Minimum stay: 2 nights in the low season | 7 nights in the high season
- For short stays up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 10%. – Not applicable for special offers.
- Final cleaning: One-off charge of Euro 49.00 for the Cron, Castel and Carina apartments and Euro 59.00 for the Crystal apartment

We ask for a deposit to confirm the booking (20% of the total price). The remaining amount will be paid on arrival.

Cancellation
Because something unforeseen can often happen in life, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: The deposit paid as confirmation will be retained. Otherwise, no further cancellation fees will be charged.
- Cancellation within 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- Cancellation within 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the total price
- Cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the total price
- Late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
